EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY

This exchange policy is valid from Jan 2024.

 

RETURN DUE TO DEFECT/DAMAGE:

Contact us by email at [email protected] stating your full name, order number and information about the manufacturing defect (description with photos or videos). We will review your case within 30 calendar days of the date we receive the returned products. In case of regret, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing in our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive your refund!

RETURN/EXCHANGE:

Contact us by email at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the product's arrival, stating your full name, order number, the product to be returned and the reason for the regret/exchange. To effect the refund or exchange, the product must be returned without any signs of use, in perfect condition, properly packaged in the same way it was sent. Furthermore, it is essential that the item is in its original packaging , and with the NF/Declaration of content, the order must be sent within 7 working days after receiving the postage code. Upon receipt, we will analyze the product within 5 working days to ensure it is undamaged, if it is in perfect condition, you will receive a refund within 30 calendar days of the date on which we receive the returned products. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you selected when purchasing in our online store. There will be no additional cost for you to receive your refund! In case of exchange, the new product will be sent within 15 working days of receipt. You will receive contact from us with the information necessary to make the exchange.

WRONG ADDRESS:

The registered delivery address must be completely correct, without discrepancies or typing errors, for delivery to be successful! However, if the customer enters an address with the wrong zip code, street, neighborhood, number, complement or recipient's name due to discrepancies or typing errors, the object is automatically returned to us, or even delivered to the wrong address, but it is not our responsibility. Once the order is returned to us, the customer must provide the correct address and must bear the costs of new shipping, as this service will be used again.
